Grandma Susie isn't in the picture reading to Annie, but she's on the phone. The book? The Jesus Storybook Bible--one of Annie's faves. Without family nearby (boo-hoo), we've had to get creative. So story time with Grandma has become a weekly occurrence (every Sunday evening before tubby), offering us a means to stay at least somewhat connected. We all, Annie included, look forward to when Grandma Susie and Grandma Pauli can read stories to Baby Annie at a much closer distance--holding her on their lap! God willing it won't be too much longer...
