Each 4th of July since Annie was born, she and I have made cupcakes to celebrate. This year we invited our great friend Stefanie to join us in making our treats. We tried a new recipe-- applesauce spice cupcakes with brown sugar, cream cheese frosting. We also made mini-cupcakes this year instead of big ones. That way we could eat more!! We had lots of fun making them and they turned out delicious!!
